Q. How to Purchase product license and is it secure to purchase from here?
A.
We use Plimus as payment for processor for all our products. Go to buy now button of each product, fill your details, payment option and continue. Yes, it is secure to place order as our payment gateway(s) are protected with SSL encryption to protect all your private and confidential data from leakage.
Q. How will I get license key after placing the order?
A
. You will get the license key through email, used during product purchase.
Q. I purchased the license, but did not receive my license information in email.
A.
Please don’t forget to check your junk/spam email folder for license information.
Q. Can I register Trial version file with purchased license key?
A.
No, you can not, you need to download full version application to register the product with provided license key. You can download the same using the link provided in your email after purchase.
Q. I am licensed user and unable to download the full version?
A.
For security reasons, maximum number of allowed download attempts is 3 and allotted time is 24 hours. You can request to re-activate the download link using the request form.
Q. I am unable to register the product with license key provided?
A.
Please copy and paste whole key including dash "-" in key entry box or manually type the same.
Q. Does my software license expire?
A.
No, your license key will never expire, but you need to register the same version of product which was purchased. We recommend you to save a copy of purchased software file on safe storage media for future use because we do not keep old versions of our programs and cannot provide you with an old purchase.
Q. What is your Refund Policy?
A.
We provide “try before buy” version of each product. Please make sure that the product is compatible with your system and meets your expectations. As our product purchase system is an automated process, collects payment and delivers the license, so it can not be cancelled. Exceptions are handled according to case.
We don’t accept refund if you says that:
1. Purchased wrong product and don’t wish to purchase the right product.
2. There is technical problem in product and did not resolved by you.
3. Did not received the license key and don’t wish to request for license key again.
Q. I lost my license key. How to get the same again?
A.
You can request us to re-send the license key using request form.
